Warranty

Six-month hardware warranty on refurbished laptops. Exclusions and full terms apply.

Key exclusions

• Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents or liquid exposure
• Software issues and data loss
• Normal battery degradation and other consumable wear
• Unauthorised repairs, modifications or tampered serial numbers

Returns

Retail customers may initiate an eligible return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Conditions, exclusions, fees and wholesale rules apply.

Change-of-mind returns must meet the published condition requirements and may attract return shipping and restocking costs.

Delivery

Courier delivery is available to supported South African addresses. The standard estimate is 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.

Free delivery applies to qualifying orders from R5,000.

The checkout confirms the current charge and estimate for the delivery address.

Battery-health standard

Batteries are function-tested to confirm charging and operation at dispatch. Batteries are consumable components, so runtime and retained capacity vary. No minimum runtime or capacity is promised unless the individual product listing states one.

Battery degradation is excluded from the hardware warranty as normal consumable wear, unless a specific defect is covered by applicable law or the product listing.

Data wiping and testing

1. Previous-user data is removed from supplied pre-owned storage before resale.
2. Core hardware functionality is checked, including startup, display, keyboard, storage, memory, connectivity and charging where applicable.
3. The listed configuration, condition and cosmetic grade are recorded for the unit or stock batch before dispatch.
