Delivery and Collection Policy

Delivery across South Africa

We offer courier delivery to supported South African addresses. Enter your province, postcode and complete delivery address at checkout to see the options available for your order. Availability can depend on the destination and order value.

Standard courier delivery

Standard delivery normally takes 3-7 business days. The applicable delivery charge and estimated timeframe are shown at checkout before payment. Any eligible free delivery is also shown there.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Courier service disruptions, public holidays and destination coverage may affect delivery time. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Next Day Delivery — The Courier Guy

Next-day delivery costs R175.00 and must be selected at checkout where available. Place your order before 12:00 noon, Johannesburg time, for next-business-day delivery.

This option is subject to stock, successful payment confirmation and courier coverage. Orders placed after the cutoff must use an available standard delivery option. Next-business-day delivery does not mean next-calendar-day delivery over weekends or public holidays.

Payment and order confirmation

An order awaiting payment confirmation is not ready for dispatch. For Payfast payments, we confirm payment after the secure payment notification is validated. If you paid but your order still shows pending, contact us with your order reference and payment details.

Collection at Crown Mines

Select collection at checkout where available. Collection is free. All products offered online can also be purchased at our Crown Mines shop, subject to current stock.

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready for collection before travelling to the shop.

Your delivery details

Provide an accurate street address, postcode and reachable telephone number. Contact us promptly if these details need to change; changes after dispatch depend on what the courier can accommodate.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If delivery is delayed, an item is missing or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Keep the packaging and provide photographs where possible so we can investigate with the courier.
